Energy bowls to pick me up this late afternoon! Guys please don’t be mad but I went to sleep late again last night…4am. I know. I’m such a bad role model for sleep! Please get your rest. It’s JUST AS IMPORTANT as diet and training. For me though, I thrive off of working hard and sometimes I just get in a groove and can’t stop. That’s one thing I need to work on. I need to chill!!! Anyway don’t these look yummy? Smoothie on the bottom and toasted nuts and fresh fruit on top. What a perfect way to spend my Friday afternoon! Want some!?
